Innovative Health and Fitness offers one-on-one personal training, specializing in Corrective Exercise, Strength Training, and Weight Loss. Each workout is designed specifically for you, and you only.
Before our clients begin working with us, we complete a two part assessment, which reveals any tight or weak musculature that may be holding our clients back from reaching their goals. This also allows us to design more effective and personalized workouts.
Our Story
Innovative started off doing in-home personal training in early 2017. Within a short period of time, we had grown to the point where we have proudly opened our first personal training studio in December, 2017.

Why Personal Training?
When I started strength training at 15 years old, it completely changed my life. I went from having a low self esteem, to becoming stronger mentally and physically.
I chose this as my career because fitness is my lifestyle, I've seen how much its changed my life, and I knew I could help change the lives of others.

Why Personal Training?
The thing I find myself valuing the most about this job is when someone suddenly discovers that they are actually a lot stronger than they thought they were, and can work so much harder than they realized.
Not only does this realization create a stronger feeling of self-confidence, but it's also usually the moment that person realizes that they actually CAN change the things they want changed. And that every bit of credit and accomplishment belongs to them.
